If I choose to attend only selected module(s), will I still be eligible for the ICF accredited certificate?
No, ICF accredited certificate is only for participants who have completed the full programme. Nevertheless, Y Coaching Academy offers credit for partial completion. The number of hours awarded will depend on the number of hours completed in the selected module(s).
The credit can be used to offset the learning hours should you decide to pursue the full ICC programme in the future. The credit can also be transferred to other ICF accredited schools who accept transfer of credits. Read more about our Partial Completion and Transfer of Credit policies here.

Why should I choose ICC programme over others in the market?
We teach coaching skills that are people focused, not problem focused. This means you will be able to dig deep in a conversation and achieve breakthroughs that catalyse transformation in others more easily.
We host a strong ecosystem to help our graduates build flourishing coaching practices through our step-by-step support. It starts with receiving real world clients and eventually leading coaching programmes of their own.
