Everyone has a mighty self in them waiting to be unveiled. We all just need a little help to find that in ourselves. With this belief, I embarked as a Personal Life Coach to help people achieve breakthroughs in life 20 years ago. Now, I am also a trilingual Executive Coach who coaches emerging leaders on their values and belief systems to be better leaders and have more fulfilling careers. I find it truly rewarding to witness how my clients change holistically for the better with my coaching. I am also a firm believer in lifelong learning. While coaching others, I continue to pursue multiple certifications to refine my coaching skills so that I could help my clients to grow with more impact.
I believe that everyone has the potential to achieve what they believe in. In my coaching partnerships with clients, I dive deep into the behaviours and apply mind facilitation and self-thought tools so that they can create long-lasting, impactful, and sustainable results. My clients often describe me as intuitive, interactive and fun; at the same time, I can be honest and direct with my feedback, challenging my clients out of their comfort zone. To achieve maximum results from coaching, I always ask my clients to be just themselves and 100% presence in our conversations. With that, we can work together to ensure that there is no chance of slipping off the moment of awareness or action plans.
I was the Pioneer Instructor in a document solution company across Asia Pacific. With more than 10 years of experience in the IT field, I was blessed with good leaders who coached me to be solution-focused and adopt a possible mindset. The extensive work travelling experience has also helped me to be independent and able to communicate with people from all levels and across cultures. I enjoy being outdoors, especially in the nature. I always bring adventures and fun in every conversation I have to infuse a tinge of creativity and innovation.
