I am an enthusiast in the digital marketing / technology space with more specialized experience in Account Management, Customer Success and Team Leadership. I am a frequent traveler - l have lived in Indonesia, Singapore and Thailand, and love to learn languages as well as meeting new people. Started with many friends and acquaintances coming to me for personal and professional advice, it inspires me to explore coaching with aim to help more people beyond my personal circle, especially those who are finding their personal purpose as well as those navigating their early-mid career journey. Since equipping myself with coaching skills under my belt, it allows me to have more robust conversations with people who come to me – both for their personal and career development.
My coaching style is leaning towards Holistic Coaching which means you, as a person, will be the center of the conversation while keeping in mind the topics that you would like to bring on the table. During the coaching session, you may expect some questions that might push you towards deeper self-reflection. Many of my clients find my coaching style to be reflective and practical.
My key work experience would be 10 years experience in digital advertising / tech industry with diverse environment; ranging from growing startup (AppsFlyer), media agency (GroupM and Havas) to large enterprise (TikTok) – as well as at least 5-year experience in leading a team in regional location. My work heavily involves working with clients that are vastly diverse (industry, size and locations); some notable regional clients are: Uniqlo, Shopee, Lazada, Grab, Gojek and many others.
